I’ve just painted my nails the color of melon
and I’m thinking of all the people I have not admitted my love to.
So, a typical day for me.
These raspberries I’m eating taste tart and remind me of
the way you kiss me. I have always loved you I FEEL LIKE I’M APPROACHING THE EDGE OF A CLIFF
Fruit’s a little moldy, but I eat it anyway. Just as nutritious, if not more so.
I’M ALWAYS DAY DREAMING OF YOUR HAIR AND THE WAY IT SMELLS LIKE ORANGES.
I think of taking a walk with you, and how nice of a way to go, if it were all to end so suddenly.
The purple flowers: korean mums. The spilled soda on the sidewalk. Your warm shoulder against my collarbone.
You’re weird, but you never scared me. We turn the corner and that’s all.
