I am an amputated arm, thinking about courage and cowardice
The neurosurgeon’s watch is shattered
he continues to wear it as a symbol
I write letter after letter after letter
in the end he must sacrifice himself
in a cosmic time loop he must
repeat the same phrases
I write letter after letter after letter
with a twist of his hand he can reverse
time put the world back together
